Welcome to Transitions. By registering, subscribing, or using our service, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before becoming a member. If you do not agree, do not use Transitions.

1. Membership

1.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to register for a Transitions membership. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

1.2 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your password or allow unauthorized access. If you suspect unauthorized use, you must notify us immediately.

2. Service

2.1 Content Access
Your membership grants you access to stream Transitions’ content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, sell, or exploit our content without our express written consent.

2.2 Device & Quality
Playback quality may vary based on your device, internet connection, location, and availability of content. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

2.3 Changes to Service
We may add, remove, or update features, content, or pricing at any time, with or without notice.

3. Billing & Payments

3.1 Billing Cycle
Memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan) until canceled.

3.2 Payment Method
You authorize Transitions to charge your selected payment method for the applicable subscription fee and any taxes.

3.3 Cancellations
You may cancel your membership at any time. Access will remain active until the end of the billing period. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

4. Restrictions

You agree not to:

Share your account with anyone outside your household.
Bypass, remove, or tamper with security features or digital rights management.
Use the service for unlawful purposes or violate third-party rights.
Record, download, or distribute Transitions content outside of approved features.

5. Intellectual Property

All content available on Transitions—including videos, logos, trademarks, and software—belongs to Transitions or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred to you through your membership.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or engage in fraudulent activity. You may also terminate your membership at any time through your account settings.

7. Disclaimers & Liability

No Warranty: Transitions is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties about uninterrupted service, accuracy of content, or that the service will meet your expectations.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Transitions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Washington, D.C. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Washington, D.C.

9. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website. Continued use of Transitions after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
